My Girls

A few of these pics are from Corey's mom..and a few I actually took out the camera and took myself!! Just another week in life of "The Wilsons". We are staying busy with work and Corey with work and his online schooling...B'lynne and Grace are becoming the best of buds..as you can tell from the top pic..this is B'lynne "reading" a book to Grace, look at Gracie's face...she looks interested. "G" loves Braelynne...I am thankful most mornings that while i rush around and get stuff ready I tell B to sit by Grace and talk to her so she doesn't cry...and its working!!! B is such a great Big Sister!! Thanks for helping mommy out!!

This is B watching a movie in my bed last wknd with EZ bear at her head and Blanca at her feet. (We have since placed Blanca with Corey's cousin as my two female dogs hate eachother and came close to killing eachother twice in 8wks...so I had to get rid of one) Anyway...the dogs love the kids..just hanging out in bed with B!!

This is B with one of Gma's kitties...she carries them just like a baby...this is Sambo (or thats what B told me his name was! ha) B tells me "Mommy I don't want doggies anymore...I want kitties like Gma..." I tell her to go back and tell Gma to stop trying to pawn her kitties off on me:) Traci Moo would probably kill them...I don't need anymore animals:)

What I want to become.....

While I'm on a roll...another Verse that I LOVED...actually I haven't gotten to this part in my Bible yet..but I'm usually reading atleast 2-3 other books at the same time..and the one I was reading at the time I read this verse was Joyce Meyer "Confident Women"..(good book by the way...I am a huge Joyce Meyer fan) She had a chapter in her book about Proverbs 31 about the Virtuous Women. While reading I was thinking..."who is this women...superman?" But as I continue to study the verse...I have found that its who I'm striving to become...its who I want to be...I want to be and remain the wife my husband loves, my kids look up to, my neighbors can count on, my friends call on for support, etc...how awesome is this women!! She can do anything!! I look up to so many women in my life...My Grandmother, My Mother, My Aunts, My Mother in Law, My Friends....Thank you all for making me a work in progress!!!

Blessed am I!!

This is a different post then I usually do...but something has been calling me to talk about a verse in the Bible I read sometime ago....As some of you know I finally...at the ripe age of 25 started to read the Good Book...how sad is it that I went 25 years without knowing a single thing about the Bible...thank you Husband of mine for opening up my eyes!! I'm still so new in reading the Bible..and most times I am more confused at what I just read then before...but I find some sort of peace in my life when I read it...and I think that is what keeps me going. Like the title of the post says..."Blessed"...blessed is what I am...its how I feel everyday when I wake up to my baby girls crying and whining over something so little..but I remind myself that one day I'll miss the crying and whining...i think?:) lol. I have come so far in my life...so many changes in the past 5yrs..all better..I pray every night and thank the Lord for giving me the life that He has....He is the only one that knows my future...but I know He has a great plan for me..and for that...I'm BLESSED!!

I was reading one day and came across the verse:

For it is by Grace you have been saved through Faith--and not of yourselves, it is a gift of God!! (Ephesians 2:8)

Mind you when i read this...I was pregnant with Gracie...We had already named her..so I knew her name was going to be Grace...I seen the words Grace and Faith and immediately knew that the name Gracie was meant to be ...because I already had a Faith!! (B'lynne Faith) I went days and this verse just played in my head...over and over and over again. I loved it...so I posted it on my Facebook...then a good friend of mine challenged me on what "Grace" was...I had my first challenge on Bible Scripture!! I was so nervous..what was my meaning of "Grace" did I even know??...I instantly had an anxiety attack. hahaha. This was my response...it took me a few minutes to think about it...:

"Spiritual Power demonstrated by Jesus who gives assistance when we choose to become the people that God means us to be, giving ourselves over to whatever goodness we are meant to create, to redeem, to sustain. All the good gifts we enjoy freely in life. given a unique place in the created order...hows that for ya? i'm changing my ways for the better ya see:) My husband has rubbed off on me:)"

The person that questioned me was my best friends brother who is a preacher at a church and I was so grateful for him questioning me on my Bible Scripture because it forced me to look into my heart and my meaning of "Grace". I wasn't saved by myself, I was saved through my new found Faith...

Anyhoo...I know this is weird post from me...as most of you had no idea I was getting so deep into the Bible...but this is the new me..I finally found something that gives me meaning in life and not just living day to day. Just thought I would share with everyone. ----Meg

Monkeying Around

A few weeks ago we took the kids to Monkey Joes...they had a blast!!! B said right when we walked in the door to her dad "Daddy..there are too many kids here...i don't want to jump" hahahaha. Corey has passed his social anxiety on to his child..I laughed so hard, then walked right passed them with Grace and Austin and told Austin they were boring and we were going to have fun:) B finally warmed up to the idea of jumping around and started to have fun. It was a good wknd.

Gracie doo doo pants woke up for a minute while at Monkey Joes..but went back to sleep. She slept the whole time...which was nice!!

This jump was more for big kids, but B was determined to get up it...Austin was such a good cousin and was coaching her were the steps were and where to grab. She finally made it up it!!

The Girls

I stole these pics from Corey's moms blog...she obviously gets her camera out more then I do!! Here are just a few shots of the girls enjoying their time with Gma. I am glad that if i'm not there to be with them...atleast a grandparent is!! I'm pretty sure they like her more anyway:) Not much new with us, i'm officially back to work so the girls go to Gma's M-Th and then Fridays my dad has them. Corey has decided to get his personal training license and i'm super excited for him that he has found something that he loves to do. Now if I only I can find what i love to do....then we would be set!!! :) So pretty soon Corey will be studying hard.....I must admit...I do not envy him. I hated studying..and I hated school. I thought about going back to school this wknd....then the thought passed and I said forget that!!! I already have thousands of dollars in student loans, full time job, full time mom/wife....now is just not the time that i want to do that. So for now I just pray that I will find a job that I love and allows me to be with my family more. Thats all for now.....love Meg.

Gma makes B smoothies to get some healthy stuff inside her since the child doesn't eat anything other then chicken noodles, chicken nuggets, cookies and yogurt!! B loves her smoothies

Little Gracie, such a smiley baby!! Hers is a good little girl...she has her moments where she cries non stop, doesn't like to be put down...ever...but other then that...I love her so much:) Such a little blessing.
