Happy Halloween & A Little Baby Bee!!!!

My baby bee!!! She was so cute for Halloween, she was probably a little too young to take, but we had fun with Austin (until she had a melt down)! It was fun to get her dressed up and everyone thought she was really cute!! She wouldn't quit trying to eat her costume or trying to pull off her antenna's but I eventually got a good pic!

Last weekend we went to my cousin Melissa's for Bella's birthday party (B's cousin) and the cousin's had a good time together. It was crazy trying to get their pictures taken together, now I know what our parents went through!

Old Nana (my grandma, B's great grandmother), this is the best shot I got. There was no way I could get all of them to look at me. B was focused on Bella's hat, Bella wanted to play with her new toy, and Austin wanted to play with balloons----this is as good as it gets:)

Last weekend was my cousin Melissa's daughter, Bella's birthday (which would be B's cousin). We tried to get all the cousin's together to take a picture, and I now know what our parents went through when they took us kids to get our pics taken when we were their age!!!! It was such a mess!!! One kid would smile and the would cry....or the other way around. Doesn't Bella look happy:) This was about the 100th picture we took of them together and they were all done!!

The Busiest weekend!!!!!

This past weekend was my best friend Sara's wedding and even though it was fun....I'm so glad its over!!!! It was a lot of stress and a lot of money and I'm just glad she is happy and as we speak she is in Vegas having a blast on her honeymoon. It was total chaos with Braelynne but family and friends helped out by watching her so i could try and enjoy myself. It was good to see most of you at the wedding, for everyone else.....hope all is well. Talk to you soon!!

This is B's little buddy, baby Chad, my friend Shawn's little boy and Braelynne had fun at the rehearsal for my best friends wedding this past Friday. They are too dang cute!!!

Mommy messing with Daddy while he tries to take a nap----nap, what the heck is that.....and yes... he falls asleep with suckers in his mouth all the time and I have the sticky marks to prove it on my pillows. I was felling goofy this day:)

Sorry Iowa State fans, we root for the black and gold---well, I guess everyone else does in the family, I don't watch nor understand football!!!haha

Daddy and B--he missed us while we stayed at my parents---but we got a knock in the middle of the night at door because he couldn't sleep with out us!!!! He may act tough but he is big teddy bear!!!:)--he would kill me if he read this!!!!

big cousin Austin loved having B around to play with. The day my parents came back he asked if me and B would come back and stay with him.....isn't he sweet!!!:)

This past week my parents were out of town, so I got the pleasure of watching my nephew and the family dogs for a few days! Surprisingly, my almost four year old nephew is pretty good and kept Braelynne occupied while I ran around like a crazy women. I thought it wouldn't be that bad having two kids, oh my was I wrong!!!

The Search for Mousey and other tid bit updates!

Not many know who mousey is, but that is Braelynne's favorite toy--well at least i think it is! A few weeks ago I was packing the diaper bag for the next day and I couldn't find mousey---I asked Corey if he knew where it was (since he was the last person with B, he should know where it is, right?---well, that was not the case:) Corey seems to not pay attention and mousey must have dropped out of the car seat or B threw him out, which wouldn't surprise me, she has become quite aggressive lately by throwing around her toys when she gets mad! So....we (meaning I) looked high and low around the apartment and in the cars, but no luck! Poor mousey was lost!!!!! I was going to go get her another one, but a few days ago her uncle Caleb happened to look up and seen poor mousey laying on the balcony of another apartment when dropping her off at home! THE SEARCH FOR MOUSEY IS OVER!!! Braelynne was happy to see him again, probably not as much as I, but none the less--he was found and after grandma gave him a good scrub down, he was back in the arms of Miss. B. Mystery solved!! Don't they look so cute?!! Sorry it took so long to get another update posted but like always, we have been busy and time comes and goes! Hope everyone is doing well! Talk to you soon!

Braelynne has moved on to fruits and vegetables and LOVES THEM!! And I do mean LOVE!! She is quite the piglet these days. She freaks out when she sees me coming with her food, she spits out her binky and gets all excited. If I don't feed her fast enough, she starts licking all the extras off her bib---she is a character!

This isn't the best picture, but I wanted to show everyone that B is able to sit up by herself, she is still kind off wobbly at times so you need to stay close or put a pillow behind her so she doesn't bump her head but she loves to be able to sit up and play with her toys---as long as someone is close by (she is spoiled, she doesn't spend much time on her own:)

She looks happy in this shot, but in reality she was furious! We have finally started giving her baths in the big bath tub instead of the sink and she was scared to death! I don't think she liked the sound of the water and the new chair was cold on her back. She has gotten better, but mom misses baths in the sink (they were so much easier:)

On 9/26/08 we went for B's 4month check up and these were her stats:

Birth=7lbs 13oz -20inches

2 1/2 months= 11lbs 2oz -22 1/4inches

4months= 13lbs 14oz -24 1/2inches

I thought she would be bigger but the doc says she looks good and that she is in the 50% section, so I guess that works for me:)
